Lost and found

Here is what we do when we find lost or forgotten belongings:

• We regularly send valuables to the Police station (for example wallets and mobile phones). You can find information about the Gislaved Police Station here: (https://polisen.se/om-polisen/kontakt/polisstationer/jonkopings-lan/gislaved/).
  
  
• Found items are stored for 1 month. Due to limited space, they are then donated to charity or recycled.
  
  
• You have the option to pick up your lost or forgotten item on-site, by agreement. Collection must take place within 1 month.
  
  
• If possible, we can also send lost or forgotten items to you by mail for the cost of postage plus an administration fee. We only send within EU and the parcel will be sent once payment has been received.
  
  
• Medications and other restricted items will not be sent, in accordance with PostNord and Swedish Customs regulations.
  
  
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot store food, hygiene products or under garments.
