Lost and found
Have you lost or forgotten something during your visit?
Here is what we do when we find lost or forgotten belongings:
- We regularly send valuables to the Police station (for example wallets and mobile phones). You can find information about the Gislaved Police Station here: (https://polisen.se/om-polisen/kontakt/polisstationer/jonkopings-lan/gislaved/).
- Found items are stored for 1 month. Due to limited space, they are then donated to charity or recycled.
- You have the option to pick up your lost or forgotten item on-site, by agreement. Collection must take place within 1 month.
- If possible, we can also send lost or forgotten items to you by mail for the cost of postage plus an administration fee of 50 SEK for untracked shipping and 100 SEK for tracked shipping (large/heavy parcels higher postage, small/light parcels lower postage). We only send within EU and the parcel will be sent once payment has been received.
- Medications and other restricted items will not be sent, in accordance with PostNord and Swedish Customs regulations.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot store food, hygiene products or under garments.

Please email the reception at info@isaberg.com with the following information:
- First and last name, Phone number, Address, Postal code, City, Country
- What you are looking for
- When you were here
- Where the item was lost (cabin, ski area, activities)
To make the process as smooth as possible, if we find your item, please also let us know whether you would like the parcel to be sent with tracking or not.
