Good to know before arrival
Check in
Access to cottages and campsites is at 3pm on arrival day.
For quick check in, fill out our online registration form. (Only
for our international cottage guests).
Camping guests should have their camping cards available at check
in.

Late check in. Check in after reception has
closed.
Please contact reception if you plan on arriving late. We will
leave your key in a cabinet which can be opened with a code. If you
are are unable to notify us, there is a hotline telephone just
inside the reception entrance where you can obtain the key cabinet
code.
Bedlinens and cleaning
If you booked a self-catered cottage you can bring your own
bedlinens and towels and clean the cottage before departure.
Bedlinens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK per person.
Departure cleaning can also be reserved. Contact reception for more
information.
Check out
Cottage check out time is 11am and campsite check out is
12pm.
Unless departure cleaning has been reserved it is the
responsibility of the guests to clean according to the guidelines
given before departure. Inspection of the Älgen cottage is required
before departure, a time will be booked upon arrival. A charge of
1400 SEK will be charged for missed or insufficient cleaning.
Cottage keys are to be returned at check out. Isaberg will charge
500 SEK per missing key.
