The High Chaparral amusement park
The Wild West amusement park, High Chaparral, is just outside Hillerstorp (30 min journey). You’ll meet cowboys and Indians, watch Western shows, ride on a steam train or steamboat, try panning for gold, ride horses or have fun at the fair. High Chaparral has something for everyone!

Crafts, shopping and food
High Chaparral demonstrates how craftsmen used to work. They make jewellery, glass and confectionary. You can also see how to make horseshoes and how to shoe a horse. A visit to the shops is a must for anyone who wants to be a cowboy, Indian or Mexican. The park area has a number of restaurants and cafés with a range
of themes.
